Pay an entry fee - This fee ensures serious bidders only and covers basic admin costs.
Watch the auction stories for live bid updates - Every new bid is posted on our Stories in real-time so everyone can see the highest bid, no hidden bids or private deals.
Place your bid by sending a DM & the auction post - Bids must be higher than the current highest bid to count. Your username and bid amount will be noted and shown publicly.
Auction closes at the announced time - The highest bidder at the close wins the item. We announce the winner publicly on Stories and tag them.
Final payment of the winning bid amount is collected securely - We send a payment link to the winner for the remaining balance (after entry fee deduction). Payment must be completed immediately to avoid disqualification.
Item pickup and verification - We arrange pickup of the item from the influencer and verify authenticity and condition at our HQ.
Repackaging under SoldScene branding - The item is professionally repackaged with our branding and a thank-you note for a premium experience.
Shipping to the winner with tracking updates - We keep the buyer updated on shipping and expected delivery dates until it arrives at their door.
